โครงการศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนีเ
Abstract
This independent study covers the design and development of Time Attendance
Management System for Ladda Co.,Ltd., in order to manage leave forms and improve process of
the human resource department. The system has been deployed and is currently being used by
Ladda’s employees and subsidiaries.
Time Attendance Management System for Ladda Co.,Ltd. is a web-based application
which interacts with the database via the local network infrastructure. In the past, traditional
process when taking leave was not very strict, as employees would deliberately disregard their
leave record and timesheet. Consequently, the human resource department would have to
check and make sure that timesheet and leave record were correct, which ended up with slow and
inefficient process.
This independent study provides several benefits. First of all, employees are now able to
conveniently make a leave request and modify their own profiles. This, in turn, reduces time
consuming for the human resource department. In addition, reports generated by the system
allow executives to analyze and incorporate these data into annual performance evaluation of the
employees.
