บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการเบิกเช็คของธนาคารออมสินปัจจุบันให้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบงานเบิกเช็คขึ้นมา เพื่อทดแทนการทำงานของระบบงานควบคุมการเบิก – จ่ายตราสารทางการเงิน โดยใช้เป็นสื่อกลางในการทำงานร่วมกันของทางผู้ออกแบบระบบงาน, ผู้ใช้, ทีมโปรแกรมเมอร์ และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานในโครงการนี้ ตาม CMMI โดยความสามารถของระบบงานนี้ จะช่วยให้ธนาคารมีความสะดวกในการเบิกเช็คของสาขาทั่วประเทศกว่า 900 สาขา นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้กระดาษ โทรศัพท์ หรือแฟกซ์ในการเบิกเช็ค เพื่อให้หน่วยงานสาขามีการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
ต้นแบบระบบงานเบิกเช็ค ถูกพัฒนาโดย Object Oriented Programming ภาษาจาวา ซึ่งมีฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานหลักๆ 6 ฟังก์ชัน คือ ฟังก์ชั่นการเบิกเช็ค ฟังก์ชันการคืนเช็ค ฟังก์ชันการรับเช็ค ฟังก์ชันการรับ-ส่งข้อมูลการเบิกเช็คกับบริษัท ฟังก์ชันการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงสต๊อกเช็ค และฟังก์ชันการ feed ข้อมูลรายรับ – รายจ่ายให้ฝ่ายบัญชี โครงสร้างข้อมูล และรายละเอียดอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงานจะต้องมีความสอดคล้องกับระบบหลักของธนาคารคือระบบ Core Banking
ผลที่ได้รับจากการพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบงานนี้ คือ คณะทำงานโครงการเบิกเช็คธนาคารออมสิน สามารถมองเห็นภาพการทำงานของระบบงานเบิกเช็ค ตลอดจนรายละเอียดอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อใช้เป็นต้นแบบในการนำไปออกแบบหรือพัฒนาระบบงานต่อไป
Abstract
The purpose of this independent study is to improve the efficiency of an existing cheque ordering process at Government Savings Bank by implementing a cheque ordering system prototype. This model is developed to replace the current process, which performing as an intermediary to connect users including system planners, end users, programmers, and other associated members of the system based on CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration). With this prototype capability, it is able to increase convenient attribute of cheque ordering process for more than 900 bank branches nationwide. Furthermore, this system is likely to reduce variable operating expenses such as paper costs, call costs, faxing costs in ordering cheque process and communication costs between the bank and Company (Outsource). This will eventually contribute to higher operation efficiency.
The model prototype is developed by Object Oriented Programming written in Java programming language which consists of six key functions. There are ordering cheque function, returning cheque function, receiving cheque function, manipulating data function between the bank and Company, controlling and improving stocked cheque function, and feeding income and expense data function for accounting department. Data structure and project details are essentially compliance with the bank’s Core Banking principle.
The results from this invented prototype will encourage staff working in ordering cheque process to comprehend the entire framework and other detailed aspects that allow them to design and develop a new system to improve the process efficiency farther.
