บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันองค์กรธุรกิจส่วนใหญ่ประสบปัญหาความล่าช้าในการพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ
(Business Intelligence – BI) เพื่อการนำข้อมูลทางธุรกิจมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ อันเนื่องมาจาก
สาเหตุที่เกิดจากทั้งผู้พัฒนา และเจ้าของธุรกิจ ส่งผลให้ต้นทุนในการพัฒนาทั้งในแง่ของเวลา และ
ค่าใช้จ่ายสูงกว่าที่ควร และทำให้องค์กรธุรกิจต้องสูญเสียโอกาสในการแข่งขันไป
“แม่แบบการพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะสำหรับสำหรับการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง” มี
จุดประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้พัฒนาระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะได้มีรูปแบบที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาที่เตรียมพร้อมไว้ให้ใน
เบื้องต้น ในส่วนของการนำเข้า และเปลี่ยนรูปข้อมูล (ETL), คลังข้อมูล (Data warehouse),
ฐานข้อมูลหลายมิติ (OLAP Cube), รายงาน (Report and Graph), และหน้ารายงาน
สถานะการณ์รวม (Dashboard) โดยสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ทันทีในลักษณะกึ่งสำเร็จรูป โดยใน
โครงการนี้ใช้เครื่องมือในการพัฒนา ตามโซลูชั่นของทางออราเคิล (Oracle Solution) โดยเลือกใช้
ผลิตภัณฑ์ Oracle Business Intelligence ในการพัฒนา และสนับสนุนข้อมูลที่นำเข้าจาก
ฐานข้อมูลของ Oracle Application ซึ่งเป็นระบบ ERP ในองค์กร อีกทั้งยังเปิดโอกาสให้นำข้อมูล
เข้าคลังข้อมูลผ่านทางไฟล์ XML ที่กำหนดรูปแบบไว้ให้
ผู้พัฒนาระบบ และองค์กรธุรกิจสามารถนำแม่แบบฯ ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาอย่าง
ครบวงจร ซึ่งสามารถลดปัญหาในการพัฒนาระบบ ส่งผลให้ผู้พัฒนาสามารถพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจ
อัจฉริยะได้สะดวก และรวดเร็ว อีกทั้งองค์กรธุรกิจจะได้มาซึ่งระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะที่ใช้งานตรงตาม
ความต้องการ
Abstract
Presently, majority of business organizations are facing slow progress in
developing of business intelligence system (BI) for analyzing information to the proper
usage. The delay is due to both the developer and business owner which have affected
the cost of development in term of timing and budget more than it should be. Therefore,
there is loss in opportunity for competition in business.
The Purpose of “Business Intelligence Development Template for Inventory
Analysis " is for the BI system developer to have a basic model to start with and ready to
be used. This template provides Data Extract and Data Conversion (ETL), Data
Warehouse, OLAP Cube, Report and Graph, Dashboard. So it is mostly prefabricated
for immediate usage.
This project follows Oracle Solution by selecting and using Oracle Business
Intelligence Suite as a developing tool to support in importing database from Oracle
Application, which is ERP System of the organization. Moreover, it is an opportunity to
store and keep the database as specific form of XML file.
The BI system developer and business organization can take advantage by
using this template for developing full aspect of the system and reduce major problems
and issues in BI system development. This can result in easy and faster handling of
Business Intelligence System development.
Finally, business organization will get proper usage out of it.
