บทคัดย่อ
ความล้มเหลวของซอฟต์แวร์มากมายในท้องตลาดนี้เกิดจากสาเหตุมากมาย เช่น การมีข้อผิดพลาดของซอฟต์แวร์ , ซอฟต์แวร์ไม่ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้ , ซอฟต์แวร์ออกสู่ท้องตลาดไม่ทันตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้ล้วนเกิดจากการที่ซอฟต์แวร์เหล่านั้นไม่มีกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่ดี ดังนั้นในปัจจุบันมีความคำนึงถึงในส่วนของคุณภาพของซอฟต์แวร์มากขึ้น เนื่องจากว่าคุณภาพของซอฟต์แวร์ที่ดี จะสามารถสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าได้ ส่งผลให้ผู้บริหารขององค์กรให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพของซอฟต์แวร์ โดยมาตรฐานหนึ่งที่มีบทบาทในด้านของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ คือ Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) เป็นกระบวนการพัฒนารูปแบบหนึ่งที่ได้รับการยอมรับในด้านของการควบคุมคุณภาพของซอฟต์แวร์
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อทำแผนควบคุมคุณภาพของการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ให้กับภายใต้มาตรฐาน CMMI ระดับ 2 โดยขั้นตอนการจัดทำได้มีการวิเคราะห์ระบบการทำงานปัจจุบันขององค์กรว่ามีการทำงานเป็นอย่างไร ควรจะมีการปรับปรุง เพิ่มเติม หรือตัดทอนการทำงานในส่วนใดบ้าง ตามมาตรฐาน CMMI ระดับ 2
ผลที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้คือ การออกแบบการทำงานในแบบใหม่โดยอ้างอิงตามมาตรฐาน CMMI ระดับที่ 2 ให้กับองค์กร จัดทำเอกสารต้นแบบ ในส่วนงานต่าง ๆ 4 ส่วนงานด้วยกัน คู่มือในการติดตั้งระบบ และยังได้ดำเนินการประเมินผลงานในเบื้องต้นด้วยว่า กระบวนการที่ออกแบบมาทั้งหมดผ่านตามมาตรฐาน CMMI ระดับ 2 จริง ซึ่งถือได้ว่า การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ได้ตั้งไว้
Abstract
The cause of the software failure in the market has been increased in various aspects, for example the software defect, the software that does not meet the user requirement and the software that couldn’t be released within the defined period base on the customer’s needs. These causes originated from the lack of the “Software Development process”. Therefore, the quality of the software has been considered in today’s technology. The good quality of software will help increase the customer satisfaction which will make the senior management of the organization understand the value and the importance of the software quality. The Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) is one of the well-known standards that play an important role in software development and has been recognized in many organizations to control the software quality.
This independent study is developed to establish Quality Assurance Planning for Software Development under CMMI Level 2 Standard. The independent study will focus on the current work in the organization on how it is undertaken, which process should be modified, updated, or tailored in accordance with the CMMI, Maturity Level 2.
The results of this independent study are to design the new software development process for the organization, with the reference the CMMI, Maturity Level 2, develop the template document for 4 units and create an implementation guideline, and to perform the preliminary assessment that the defined processes have been developed and followed the CMMI, Maturity Level 2. This research will be accomplished in corresponding to the defined goal and objective.
