บทคัดย่อ
กระทรวงศึกษาธิการประกาศนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาขึ้น ภาควิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จึงได้แนวทางพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการประกันคุณภาพภายในเพื่อตอบสนองนโยบายดังกล่าว ซึ่งที่ผ่านมานั้นกระบวนการรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ สำหรับงานประกันคุณภาพอยู่ในรูปแบบไฟล์เอกสารหรือกระดาษ และค่อยประมวลผลตามดัชนีเพื่อจัดนำเสนอต่อสำนักประกันคุณภาพ การดำเนินการดังกล่าวนี้ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาหลายประการเช่นการรวบรวมข้อมูลล่าช้า, ข้อมูลสูญหาย, ข้อมูลเกิดความซ้ำซ้อน, การสืบค้นข้อมูลเป็นได้ยาก
ดังนั้นการศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนี้จึงได้พัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับภาควิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชันขึ้น โดยกำหนดดัชนีประเมินและเกณฑ์มาตรฐานระบบประกันคุณภาพปี 2550 ครอบคลุม 2 องค์ประกอบคือ การเรียนการสอน และ การวิจัย ส่วนฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานหลักเป็นออกเป็น 5 ส่วนคือ ข้อมูลบุคลากร, การพัฒนาและฝึกอบรม, งานวิจัย, บทความ, ภาระงานสอน ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนดำเนินงานเริ่มจาก ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานนำข้อมูลกลับมาวิเคราะห์ออกแบบระบบ และพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชันพร้อมทั้งทดสอบระบบ
ผลที่ได้จากการทดสอบพบว่า ระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน สำหรับภาควิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์นี้ ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ทุกที่ด้วยโปรแกรมบราวเซอร์ผ่านทางเครือข่าย การดำเนินการมีความสะดวกรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง
Abstract
Ministry of Education announced the policy and setup the procedure of quality assurance for post graduated study. Kasetsart University has responded to this policy by implementing development and improvement of quality assurance process. Department of computer engineering has adopted this policy by setting up internal quality assurance system. So far, it still be on process of collecting data on attached files or document and bring data to make evaluation following indexing method which has been setup by quality assurance office. By this way, there are some problems found such as delay data collection, lost data, data redundancy, and searching difficulties.
Hence, this project is designed for implementing as a web application by setting up evaluation index and standard level of quality assurance system for the year 2007 in which covers two parts (Education and Research). It has five main functions that are personal information, development and training, research, teaching burden which started the step by studying and researching about user requirement then, analyze and design, develop application and run testing system finally.
The contribution of this research is to create web application of internal quality assurance for department of computer engineering, which will support user to access data anywhere by using user log on at this web application. The working process under new system of using runs more quickly, so it can solve and correct such mentioned problems.
