บทคัดย่อ
เนื่องจากปัจจุบันบริษัท บริหารสินทรัพย์เพทาย จำกัด ได้เร่งรัด ลดยอด NPL หรือหนี้ที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดรายได้ จึงทำให้เกิดทรัพย์ส่วนที่ได้มาจาก การตีโอนชำระหนี้ และการขายทอดตลาด โดยทรัพย์ทั้งสองส่วนจะนำเข้าสู่ส่วนงานทรัพย์สินรอการขาย แต่เนื่องจากทรัพย์มีปริมาณมาก และการเก็บข้อมูลอยู่ในรูปแบบเอกสารกระดาษและไฟล์ Excel จึงยากต่อการตรวจสอบ และควบคุมการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งยังยากต่อการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลและการเชื่อมโยงกับระบบต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว บริษัทจึงต้องการให้พัฒนา ระบบทรัพย์สินรอการขาย สำหรับใช้ในการดูแลทรัพย์ ลดความผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากผู้ใช้ และลดการทำงานซ้ำซ้อน ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายทรัพย์ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตัวเองนี้ มุ่งเน้นไปที่การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยใช้ภาษาเดลไฟ (Turbo Delphi) เพื่อสร้างส่วนการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการติดต่อกับฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2000 ทำให้การจัดการข้อมูลอยู่ในรูปแบบอิเลคทรอนิกส์ที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ช่วยลดขั้นตอน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน และรองรับต่อการเติบโตขององค์กรในอนาคต
Abstract
Since the Phethai Asset Management Co., Ltd. company currently urges on the process to decrease the numbers of the Non Performing Loan (NPL), therefore, there are the assets that shall be given to make performance of debts through the transferring of the property and auction. Those assets then shall be vested in under the responsibility of the Asset for Sale Unit. However, due to the large amounts of assets and complexity of information filing systems stored in paper-base document forms and Excel files, the asset examination process then hardly perform effectively. Moreover there are also difficulties out the data security management and connecting the data network with the related systems. Therefore, in order to resolve such problems, the company requires to constitute the development on selling asset management systems so as to undertake the monitoring of the assets, minimize the failure of the users, decrease the overlapping of working process, and increase the convenient and opportunity for selling of the assets.
This independent study uses Turbo Delphi to develop the user interface system for contact with the database, Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The system can manage data in electronic forms for use and response to the user requirements. This system can decrease the number of working processes, increase management effectiveness work and finally support the organization’s growth in the future.
