บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระด้วยตนเองนี้ เป็นการศึกษาค้นคว้าและพัฒนาโครงการนำร่อง ระบบเวบท่าการขนส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นต้นแบบการพัฒนาเวบท่าที่จะเป็นเวบไซค์ที่รวบรวมผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าและผู้ใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าที่เป็นสมาชิก เข้ามาพบกันเพื่อประมูลงานขนส่งสินค้า
โครงการนำร่องนั้นจะมุ่งพัฒนาต้นแบบที่มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการใบงานขนส่งสินค้า ในการสร้างใบงานเพื่อรอการเสนอราคา เลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคา ติดตามปรับปรุงสถานะการใช้บริการ รวมถึงให้คะแนนการให้บริการ ความสามารถอีกส่วนหนึ่งของระบบคือการเสนอราคาของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าต่อใบงานที่มีความสนใจ ซึ่งผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าสามารถใช้ระบบเพื่อบริหารจัดการรถขนส่งสินค้าของตนได้หรือจะเสนอการให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าในเส้นทางพิเศษผ่านทางระบบ
จากการดำเนินการสรุปได้ว่า โครงการนำร่อง ระบบเวบท่าการขนส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ ช่วยให้เกิดระบบต้นแบบที่จะเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบเวบท่าการขนส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศได้เป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งจะเป็นแหล่งพบกันระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าและผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้า ช่วยให้เกิดความสะดวกกับทั้งสองฝ่ายในการขนส่งสินค้า อีกทั้งมีประโยชน์ในการบริหารจัดการงานขนส่งสินค้า
Abstract
This independent individual project has studied the development of pilot project, associated with the domestic shipping portal website. This portal website acts as the shipment center between shipment service providers and customers through the auction process. It is shipping tools and information all in one place.
The aim of this project is that to improve the capacity of shipping document and process. It involves the bidding price and services by creating of quotation, comparing of quotation price, choosing an appropriate shipment provider and monitoring shipment service status, including the assessment after shipment service being provided by score ranking. The shipping center makes it easy for customers to track the status of auction items, get instant shipping price estimates, and list of auction items for shipment. The additional ability of the system is the shipment service provider not only can access to quote their quotation to interesting buyers ,but service provider also can use the system to manage their own transportation shipping or to offer the extra route shipping service.
The implementation of this project is resulted that it can be a good model of development domestic shipping portal website by being more valuable source for shipment service providers and buyers in term of the auction facility services and the short time consuming. Also, the shipment provider can potentially manage their transportation shipment. In the future, it is expected there will be more new shipment service providers and buyers accessing to participate facility of these services.
