บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของการจัดการความรู้มีเป็นจำนวนมาก แต่งานวิจัยที่ประยุกต์การจัดการความรู้กับการบริหารโครงการยังมีเป็นจำนวนน้อย ส่วนใหญ่ในการบริหารโครงการมักใช้ความสามารถและทักษะเฉพาะบุคคลที่ได้จากประสบการณ์เป็นหลัก เป็นเหตุให้ความรู้ที่จำเป็นในการบริหารโครงการเช่นกระบวนการ ขั้นตอน วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ตลอดจนบทเรียนและองค์ความรู้ต่างๆ ที่ได้จากโครงการ ไม่มีการถ่ายทอดและนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างคุ้มค่า
จากแนวความคิดในการพัฒนาระบบนี้ได้นำหลักการการบริหารโครงการจาก Project Management body of Knowledge มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อสร้างเป็นคลังความรู้อันจะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารงานโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล ซึ่งมี ส่วนประกอบของระบบดังต่อไปนี้ Project Management body of Knowledge , Knowledge Creation , Knowledge Mapping และ Communities of Practices
จากการทดสอบและนำระบบต้นแบบมาใช้พบว่าสามารถช่วยให้ผู้บริหารโครงการสามารถบริการจัดการโครงการอย่างมีระบบ มีการกระจายการสั่งงานและสามารถติดตามงานได้อย่างใกล้ชิด พนักงานมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และช่วยกันแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความผิดพลาดที่จะเกิดขึ้นจากความประมาทและความไม่ใส่ใจของทีมงาน เกิดความรู้และวิธีปฏิบัติใหม่ๆในการจัดการมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้เกิดพื้นที่ในการติดต่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ โดยไม่ขึ้นกับเวลาและสถานที่และลดเวลาในการดำเนินงาน
Abstract
There are many researches focusing on knowledge management. However, only few are studying about the application of the knowledge management of project management .The project management is basically based on personnel skills which is normally contributing so many kinds of difficulties such as problem solving abilities, data storage, and knowledge passing.
The idea in system development is established based on ‘Project Management body of Knowledge Theory ‘ in order to generate the source of knowledge which can be used and applied in the process of project management to contribute the efficiency management. This system is composed of Project Management body of Knowledge , Knowledge Creation , COPs , and Knowledge Mapping.
The results illustrated that the system can contribute the better systematic project management. In addition, the system can efficient distribute and investigate the data or output. Furthermore, the data also expressed that staffs have more opportunity in knowledge exchange which is very useful in order to solve the problems with concordance decreasing the human errors. Moreover, this system can also contribute the new operating procedures in knowledge management. The other benefit of this system is making an efficient project administration which can let all staff exchanging data or knowledge independently at anytime and any places.
