บทคัดย่อ
โครงการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบตรวจนับครุภัณฑ์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ด้วยวิธีอ่านบาร์โค้ดกรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์นนทบุรี
การพัฒนาระบบตรวจนับครุภัณฑ์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ด้วยวิธีอ่านบาร์โค้ด แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนคือเว็บแอพพิลเคชันซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ใช้ เป็นส่วนควบคุมการบันทึกข้อมูลพื้นฐานของครุภัณฑ์ และสร้างรายงานตรวจนับประจำปี และส่วนที่ 2 คือแอพพลิเคชันบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ใช้ในการส่งข้อมูลการตรวจนับครุภัณฑ์ ระบุข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ที่ชำรุด และแสดงข้อมูลของรายการครุภัณฑ์ โดยการอ่านคิวอาร์โค้ดจากกล้องถ่ายภาพบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ เช่น สมาร์ทโฟนแล้วนำส่งไปยังเครื่องแม่ข่ายเพื่อจัดเก็บบนระบบฐานข้อมูล ระบบในส่วนแอพพลิเคชั่นบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการ แอนดรอย์ 4.4.2
ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ คือ โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์นนทบุรี ใช้ระบบตรวจนับครุภัณฑ์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ด้วยวิธีการอ่านบาร์โค้ด ช่วยในการบันทึกข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ สร้างแถบบาร์โค้ด 2 มิติ (คิวอาร์โค้ด) และสร้างรายงานการตรวจนับ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานระบบ
Abstract
This independent study is to develop durable asset inspection system using mobile devices barcode scanning, case study, DebsirinNonthaburi School.
The system is designed into two parts. One is a web application used as a central control and master data maintenance manager of the whole system and a report generator. The other part is a mobile application used for performing inspection of all durable assets added to the lists of annual inspections. Durable asset repair request and displaying durable asset information are also main functions of the mobile application. The system on mobile devices reads durable asset code in the form of QR code and sends it to the server for data processing and database record updates. The system (mobile application) is operated on devices running Android 4.4.2.
As the benefit of the study, DebsirinNonthaburi School uses the system developed to perform annual durable asset inspection increasing productivity and workforce utilization as well as satisfying users’ requirements.
