บทคัดย่อ
โครงการศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนี้ เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบบันทึกเวลา ส่วนงานบุคลากร เพื่อตรวจสอบ, ดูรายงาน และออกรายงานสรุปสถิติการมาปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ รวมถึงการออกรายงานสรุปวันลา/มาสาย ซึ่งมีผลในการพิจารณาเลื่อนขั้นและปรับค่าจ้างประจำปี ระบบบันทึกเวลา ส่วนงานบริหารและทรัพยากรบุคคล (Time Clock System Personal Department) มีลักษณะการทำงานเป็นเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น ทำงานร่วมกับระบบฐานข้อมูล โดยผ่านระบบเครือข่ายของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ปัจจุบันเวลาการมาปฏิบัติงาน หรือการลางาน ยังไม่ตรงตามความเป็นจริง การบันทึกข้อมูลเวลาเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบ ค้นหา หรือการออกรายงานมีความยากลำบาก ข้อมูลเป็นเอกสารอาจเกิดการสูญหาย และพนักงานไม่สามารถตรวจสอบเวลาการมาปฏิบัติงานของตนเองได้
ผลจากการศึกษาและจัดทำระบบพนักงานสามารถตรวจสอบเวลาการมาปฏิบัติงานของตนเอง โดยไม่ต้องสอบถามจากเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลข้อมูล รวมถึงยังลดการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลข้อมูลเรื่องการค้นหา ตรวจสอบรวมถึงการออกรายงานสรุปผลต่างๆ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของพนักงาน และผู้บริหารที่ต้องการทราบผล เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์ ประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานในช่วงปลายปี
Abstract
The objective of this independent study project is to design and develop of Time Recording System. HR officers can review at the report and the summary the statistics of the performance of personnel attendance at Faculty of Engineering University. The reports include summary of the leave / arrives late. The result can be used for considering in the promotion and annual wage adjustments. Time recording system is the part of Management and HR Operation (Time Clock System Personal Department) behaves as a web application. The system is working with database systems communicated through the University’s network. The current work time recorded today is still not satisfied due to manually operate. To minimize time to process data before using and inspecting report is really difficult. Sometimes information and documents may be lost as well as employees can not be able to check their time recorded performance of their own.
The results of the study and preparation are employees can monitor the performance of their own without request from HR staffs who managing records. It also reduces the work load of searching data manually. Beside that employees can check out the various reports as necessary. In Addition the executives who want to review the summary result can retrieve data that already analyzed to evaluate the performance of employees at the end of the year.
