บทคัดย่อ
การยื่นเอกสารเพื่อขออนุมัติภายในหน่วยสารบรรณและวิเทศสัมพันธ์มีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้นในแต่ละวัน บุคลากรจะต้องเดินเรื่องเพื่อขออนุมัติด้วยตนเองบางครั้ง เป็นผลให้เกิดความล่าช้า เอกสารตกหล่นไม่สามารถติดตามได้และไม่ทราบว่าเอกสารอยู่ในขั้นตอนใด
ผู้พัฒนาได้ศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบอนุมัติเอกสาร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนงานสารบรรณให้สามารถกรอกข้อมูลลงบนแบบฟอร์มเพื่อความสะดวกในการรับ-ส่ง การค้นหา และการติดตาม ลดการสูญหายของเอกสารผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต
พัฒนาระบบในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นด้วย ภาษาพีเอชพี ยีเฟรมเวิร์ค และใช้มายเอสคิวแอล ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ระบบอนุมัติเอกสารแบบออนไลน์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองการทำงานในภาควิชาต่างๆ ที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้มีความสามารถในการรับ-ส่งเอกสารเพื่อขออนุมัติ ค้นหาเอกสาร จัดเก็บเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และติดตามเอกสารผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต
การทดสอบความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบพิจารณา 1.ด้านประสิทธิภาพ 2. ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งาน จากฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานทั้งหมด 8 ฟังก์ชั่นหลัก โดยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ในหน่วยงานทดลองใช้งานระบบอนุมัติเอกสารแบบออนไลน์และผู้ประเมินระบบ
ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระด้วยตนเองในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งจากการทดสอบระบบจากผู้ใช้
ระบบสามารถรับ-ส่งเอกสารและออกรายงาน แจ้งเตือนเอกสาร ค้นหาเอกสาร ได้ตรงตามโปรเซสกระบวนการทำงานของผู้ใช้ในด้านประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี และในด้านความสะดวก ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบอยุ่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดีมาก สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุง คือ โปรเซสการทำงานให้รองรับการปรับเปลี่ยนเส้นทางการเดินเอกสารของหน่วยงานในอนาคต การสร้างรายงานต้องมีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื้อหาบนแบบฟอร์มเอกสาร
Abstract
The document for approval in organization of the secretary Faculty of Engineering have daily expanded. Employee have to work in this process by themselves, so the process will have more time to complete all step. The document may be lost and cannot follow it step-by-step to protect the important document item.
This independent research has been designed and developed the original system to online document flow system. The system has studied base on office of the secretary Faculty of Engineering. This independent study aims to enhance a performance of the document flow process. This new process subject to improve step of the documents regarding to the real process that can be do onward.
This online document flow system has developed web application by using PHP Yii Framework and MySQL server language for database. The online document working system has studied to support demand of the users in department that have more attentive than the original users in part of the ability of receiving and sending followed by searching the work status. It can be recorded via internet.
Satisfaction test system in use 1. Considering efficiency, 2. For ease of use From the function. All the work 8 function main. The user at the agency in trial document approval system online and the assessor system.
The results of independent study by themselves at this time Which of the testing system from the user. The system can receive and send documents and issued a report warning document, document search. The process the process function of the user in terms of efficiency was good. For convenience, the users are satisfied the system is in a very good level. The advantage of this project directly affect to any users for searching the document status. The users can check the result and immediately feedback the updated file to next step from new process, it can protect the documents loss. The result testing by users show that can support them online document flow system more to work better than the old system in sending and receiving documents.
This system can support the users to reduce approve faster and easily. The process improvement support rerouting documents of the department in the future. Document reports have to flexible with the modification content on system.
