บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันการลาของบริษัทวิทยุการบินยังคงใช้แบบฟอร์มกระดาษในการทำการลารวมถึงขั้นตอนการทำลามีหลายขั้นตอนและยังไม่มีระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการเรื่องการลาซึ่งก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆมากมาย อาทิเช่น ความผิดพลาดในการเขียนหรือคำนวณวันลา, การส่งเอกสารผิดพลาดหรือสูญหาย, การสิ้นเปลืองกระดาษ เป็นต้น
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการลาระบบเดิมที่ใช้แบบฟอร์มกระดาษซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นมากมาย ทั้งในเรื่องของการสิ้นเปลืองกระดาษโดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะสามารถลดจำนวนการใช้กระดาษขององค์กร ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องในการทำการลา รวมทั้งลดระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการลา โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานั้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับองค์อื่นๆได้ แต่จะนำมาทดลองใช้กับบริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นกรณีศึกษา
การพัฒนาระบบการลาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดจากการใช้แบบฟอร์มกระดาษ และ ลดขั้นตอนการอนุมัติการลา โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการที่กำหนดไว้จากกรณีศึกษาของบริษัทวิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด ซึ่งระบบสามารถรองรับประเภทวันลาต่างๆขอบริษัทฯได้ทั้งหมด ระบบการลาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นถูกนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับพนักงานในสังกัดกองพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเท่านั้นโดยใช้ควบคู่ไปกับการใช้แบบฟอร์มกระดาษ หากจะนำระบบฯไปประยุกต์ใช้กับพนักงานทั้งหมดขององค์กร จำเป็นต้องอาศัยแรงผลักดันจากผู้บริหาร รวมทั้งให้มีการกระตุ้นให้มีการใช้ระบบฯแทนการใช้แบบฟอร์ม ซึ่งจะทำให้ระบบฯที่พัฒนาขึ้นถูกนำไปใช้ได้อย่างเกิดประโยชน์และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้อย่างแท้จริง
Abstract
Currently, requesting a leave of absence at Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. still requires an application form (paperwork). However, there are many disadvantages of using the manual system. To start with, there might possibly be errors of calculation with the number of leave days. Furthermore, the form could be missing easily, since there would be more than thousands of them and to track back information in the past is more likely impossible.
The purpose of this independent study is to develop the system which new technology becomes the key. Technically, the new system should be more convenient because it allows users to track the records and information in seconds. The new system with the technology does not require any paper which helps the company save their budget as well as saving the environment with using less paper.
The developed system can solve the problems occurred in the old system. This development can guarantee to solve the problems by referring to Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd.’s case studies. There are many advantages of this developed system. First of all, the developed system reduces time of leave of absence approvals. Second of all, the new system is able to handle all type of absences. However, the combination of the new and old system is only developed to use in Department of Technology. There are a few requirements to succeed this new system for all the departments of the organization. First of all, it requires the support from chief executive officers. Also the organization needs to encourage all the employees to learn and understand how to use the new system because this new system will definitely be useful in many ways.
