บทคัดย่อ
ในการดำเนินธุรกิจในปัจจุบันที่มีการแข่งขันที่สูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ธุรกิจหลายประเภทใช้บัตรสมาชิกเป็นกลยุทธ์ในการทำการตลาดให้ผู้บริโภค เนื่องจากการจัดทำบัตรสมาชิกนั้นถือได้ว่าเป็นการสร้างและรักษาฐานลูกค้าให้มีความเชื่อมั่นต่อสินค้าและบริการ เป็นอีกทางหนึ่งที่ช่วยกระตุ้นรายได้ให้แก่ธุรกิจ โดยผู้บริโภคต้องสมัครสมาชิกและพกพาบัตรสมาชิกเพื่อรับสิทธิพิเศษตามเงื่อนไขของทางร้านค้า ส่งผลให้ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่มีบัตรสมาชิกติดกระเป๋าเป็นจำนวนมาก เนื่องจากต้องการได้รับสิทธิพิเศษตามที่ร้านค้าระบุเอาไว้ โดยการใช้บัตรสมาชิกในแต่ละครั้งนั้น ทำให้เสียเวลาและยุ่งยากต่อการค้นหาหรืออาจเกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการเลือกใช้บัตรให้ถูกกับร้านค้า
โครงการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้ เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบจัดการบัตรสมาชิกส่วนบุคคล โดยจัดทำเป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์ที่มุ่งหวังเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยภาษาอ็อบเจกทีฟ-ซี บนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอสสำหรับอุปกรณ์สมาร์ทโฟนและแท็บเลต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดการพกพาบัตรสมาชิก เพิ่มความสะดวกและช่องทางการใช้งานบัตรสมาชิกส่วนบุคคลกับสินค้าและบริการโดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถจัดการข้อมูลของบัตรสมาชิกผ่านทางอุปกรณ์สมาร์ทโฟน หรือแท็บเลตได้ด้วยตนเอง
ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาค้นคว้าและพัฒนาระบบในครั้งนี้ เป็นการนำเสนอทางเลือกแก่ร้านค้าให้สามารถบริหารจัดการส่งข่าวสารให้ลูกค้าได้ง่ายขึ้น ลดการพกพาบัตรสมาชิก ทำให้ง่ายและสะดวกแก่การจัดการ อีกทั้งผู้ใช้ยังสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลของตนเอง เช่น ยอดคะแนนสะสมและข้อมูลรายการส่งเสริมการขายจากร้านค้าได้ง่ายขึ้นอีกด้วย
Abstract
Today, there is significant competition in successfully operating a retail business. To obtain a competitive advantage, the membership card has also been used as a highly effective customer retention strategy, creating brand loyalty and increasing revenue. However, customers have to register and carry many membership cards along them in order to take advantages of exclusive benefits from the shops that they are being a member. This has forced the customers to carry too many cards. They have to well arrange those cards in the card-wallet in order to make it easy to find. However, this seems to be inconvenient because it is difficult to find the cards, time wasting and may lead to lose the privilege of the card using. This independent study is designed to create a personal membership card management system. The system is developed in the objective-c language which is based on the iOS operating system. The purposes of this study are to reduce the load of customers in carrying many membership cards, to make it more convenient to use and to offer another approach in connecting between businesses and customers with a smartphone or a tablet.
The results of this independent study show an efficient and effective alternative for businesses to connect and communicate with their customers, It can also help the customer to carry lesser membership cards, make it easy and more convenient for customers to use the membership cards and it facilitates customers to manage and keep track the promotion and card points.
