บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันธุรกิจธนาคารมีการแข่งขันในด้านการบริการที่สูงมากขึ้น ธนาคารออมสินจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับตัว เพื่อรักษาฐานลูกค้า โดยการขยายกิจการสาขา และเพิ่มเครื่องเอทีเอ็ม ให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ เนื่องจากธนาคารมีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบเอกสาร ทำให้สืบค้นข้อมูลล่าช้า หน่วยงานเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ทำให้เกิดปัญหาติดตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็ม ซ้ำซ้อน ส่วนงานจึงมีความจำเป็นในการนำระบบเว็บแอบพลิเคชั่น มาช่วยในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาระบบเว็บแอบพลิเคชั่น โดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และใช้พีเอชพีมายด์แอดมิน เพื่อสร้างศูนย์กลางในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลของแต่ละหน่วยงานและการนำเทคโนโลยีกูเกิล แมปส์ เอพีไอ มาใช้ในการแสดงข้อมูลจุดติดตั้งบนแผนที่ เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจติดตั้งหรือโยกย้ายตู้เอทีเอ็ม
ผลที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้คือ ส่วนงานได้ระบบเก็บข้อมูลบนแผนที่เพื่อช่วยตัดสินใจติดตั้งเครื่องเอทีเอ็ม ซึ่งเป็นระบบต้นแบบที่สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงและนำไปพัฒนาต่อได้ ระบบเป็นศูนย์กลางในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล พนักงานในส่วนงานสืบค้นข้อมูลเร็วขึ้น ระบบแสดงผลข้อมูลบนแผนที่เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดในการติดตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็มซ้ำซ้อน
Abstract
Currently, the banking business has a high competition in providing services. The government savings bank has to adjust itself in order to maintain the base of its clients by spreading out its branches and increasing the Automatic Teller Machines. Because the data has been collected in the form of the paper-based document, if causes a difficulty and inefficiency in data retrieval Due to the independence of the banking organizations in collecting data, it leads to the problems in installing the Automatic Teller Machines.
This independent research study aims to develop the web application system by using PHP and phpMyAdmin to build the data center of each sector and using Google Map API to displaying the information of the installment points on the map in order to help decision making either to install or to move the Automatic Teller Machines. The result of this research study is that the organizations are able to apply and use the data collecting system on the map to help making a decision to set up the Automatic Teller Machines. This system is the center of collecting information that can help the officers search information faster. Moreover, this system will show the information on the map to reduce the errors or mistakes found in installing the automatic Teller machines.
