บทคัดย่อ
การนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของมนุษย์ในชีวิตประจำวัน ทำให้รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตในปัจจุบันเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น เทคโนโลยี RFID ก็เป็นเทคโนโลยีหนึ่งที่ได้นำมาประยุกต์แพร่หลายเพื่อรองรับความต้องการและเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในปัจจุบัน
การพัฒนาระบบสินค้าคงคลังโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี RFID ช่วยให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการค้าของร้านค้าปลีกเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ โดยสามารถช่วยลดจำนวนข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากการทำงานโดยคน และ เพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้ทั้งพนักงานของร้าน และผู้บริหาร หรือ ผู้จัดการร้าน โดยระบบสินค้าคงคลังโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีอาร์เอฟไอดีที่ได้ทำการพัฒนาจะประกอบด้วย RFID Service ซึ่งเป็น Window Application พัฒนาโดยใช้ Visual Basic 6.0 เป็นส่วนที่ใช้รับข้อมูลจาก RFID Tag แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้ ไปปรับปรุงในฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งฐานข้อมูลที่ใช้เป็นแบบ Relational Database ใช้ SQL Server 2000 เป็นตัวจัดการฐานข้อมูล และใช้ Web Application ในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังซึ่งประกอบด้วยหมวดการทำงานดังนี้
1. การจัดการสินค้า (Product Management) ใช้ในการเพิ่ม, ลบ และแก้ไขข้อมูลสินค้า
2. การจัดการชั้นวางสินค้าและสาขาของร้านค้า (Shelf/Branch Management) ใช้ในการเพิ่ม, ลบ และแก้ไขข้อมูลชั้นวางสินค้าและสาขาของร้านค้า
3. การจัดการคลังสินค้า (Inventory Management) ใช้ในการโอนสินค้าเข้า-ออกคลังสินค้ารวมถึงรายงานต่าง ๆ ของคลังสินค้า
หลังจากทำการทดสอบระบบโดยเปรียบเทียบการทำงานกับ Use-Case พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง และตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์
Abstract
Several Technologies have sprung up into our lives almost daily that have helped us live better lives. RFID is one of those technologies that is increasingly popular because of its vast implication of potential applications and its continuous cost reduction.
Developing a Web-based inventory control system (ICS) using RFID technology helps retail manufacturers do their work easily and quickly by reducing human error and increasing the store management efficiency. The Web-based ICS included an RFID Service, a Windows application developed using Visual Basic 6.0, which is used to capture information from the RFID tag attached to the merchandise. The captured information is then forwarded to a relational database engine running SQL Server 2000 for inventory updates. Part of the ICS, a Web application is used to manage stock of the retail stores. The Web application, modeled after a widely used inventory package called Retail Star, includes the following features : 1) Product Management : to insert, delete, and update merchandise information; 2) Shelf/Branch Management : for inserting, deleting, and updating information of the merchandise on the shelves of each shop.; and 3) Inventory Management : to transfer incoming/outgoing merchandise and to generate inventory reports
After testing the whole system and comparing the results with the pre-defined Use-Cases, it could be concluded that the Web-based ICS performed all its tasks according to its purposes.
