บทคัดย่อ
ระบบให้บริการส่งผลการเรียนผ่านระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นระบบสำหรับให้บริการอาจารย์ผู้สอนในการตัดสินผลการเรียนและส่งผลการเรียนไปยังสำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล โดยในกระบวนการทำงานเดิมที่เป็นงานเอกสารกระดาษซึ่งต้องมีสำเนาเป็นจำนวนมาก และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผลจะบันทึกข้อมูลผลการเรียนจากเอกสารกระดาษลงในฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนการศึกษาทำให้เกิดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูลและอาจเกิดข้อผิดพลาดได้ง่าย ทั้งยังเป็นการสิ้นเปลืองบุคลากรและเวลาในการทำงาน
Abstract
The system was designed for lecturers to report their grading for the subject of their responsible to Office of the Registrar. The currently existing processes will be done by many copies of paper-base reports, and then registrar officer(s) will use them as input to the database system. These will lead to error and duplication of works as well as time and human resource utilization. Digitally system was intended to develop for reducing the amount of required resources and while working closely to the paperbase as facilitating utility. And the human error rate will also reduce because officers do not need to enter by themselves; they act as auditors to verify the input by lecturers against the printed reports. Then transfer the verified data into registration database.
The system has component for lecturers to record new data or edit the existing data. And the component for students to view their grading result. It also has component for registrar officers to verify and transfer data into registration database.
Outcome from the new developed system will 1) provide more efficiencies for the grading report system, 2) reduce human mistaking, 3) reduce time to finish and 4) reduce the amount of usage paper.
