บทคัดย่อ
ระบบตรวจสอบพระภิกษุสามเณรที่มีอาจาระ (ความประพฤติ) ไม่สมควร ผ่าน Web Browser ได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อให้เจ้าคณะผู้ปกครองสงฆ์หรือพระอุปัชฌาย์ (พระสงฆ์ผู้ได้รับอนุญาตให้บรรพชาอุปสมบทให้กับบุคคลที่เลื่อมใสในพระพุทธศาสนา) สามารถตรวจสอบประวัติของพระภิกษุสามเณรที่มีอาจาระไม่สมควร หรือบุคคลที่จะเข้ามาบรรพชาอุปสมบท ว่าเคยเป็นผู้กระทำผิดพระธรรมวินัยและถูกลงโทษ (นิคหกรรม) หรือไม่ อย่างไร เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาลงโทษอาจาระที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่หรือพิจารณารับบุคคลเข้าบรรพชาอุปสมบทได้อย่างเหมาะสม อีกทั้งยังเป็นการกวดขันสอดส่องดูแลให้ผู้ที่บรรพชาอุปสมบทแล้วให้ประพฤติตามพระธรรมวินัยอย่างถูกต้อง
ขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาระบบ ได้มีการสอบถามความต้องการจากผู้ใช้ และนำความต้องการที่ได้ไปทำการสร้างกระบวนการต่างๆ โดยเน้นไปที่การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เป็น Open Source ได้แก่ภาษา PHP และมีการทำงานแบบ Web Application ผู้ใช้งานสามารถทำงานผ่านทาง Web Browser ซึ่งสามารถเรียกใช้งานจากเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ทุกที่ และเลือกใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลแบบ RDBMS อย่าง MySQL
ผลจากการดำเนินงานศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานมีข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันสำหรับประกอบการพิจารณาลงโทษพระภิกษุสามเณรที่มีอาจาระไม่สมควร และพิจารณารับบุคคลที่จะเข้ามาบรรพชาอุปสมบท รวมทั้งกรรมการมหาเถรสมาคมซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารสูงสุดของคณะสงฆ์ สามารถมีข้อมูลในการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม อันจะก่อให้เกิดความเรียบร้อยแก่คณะสงฆ์และกิจการพระพุทธศาสนาต่อไป
Abstract
The Inspector System for Monks and Novices who have “Ajara” (Non-Appropriated Behavior) through Web Browser has been developed with the purpose for the regional chief priest or the elder priest or thera (monks who have been permitted to ordain to any person who wants to enter the priesthood) can check the background of the monks and novices who have “non-ajara” (non-appropriated behavior) or any person who wants to enter the priesthood in case of that person has done wrong Buddhism Doctrine (principle theory) and has been punished (nikkahakhama) or not been punished and how he has done wrong things in order to be the tool to consider for punishment on the new ajara or to consider for permission any person to enter the priesthood appropriately. Also, it will be strict and keep a close watch on the one who has entered the monkhood to behave under the Buddhism Doctrine in the correct way
Step for the system development has enquired the need from the users and brought the need we got to build a lot of different process by emphasizing on the Open Source Technology such as PHP language and to have the Web Application from work which the users can use through Web Browser and it can be called the PC Computer in everywhere. It can also be selected to use the RDBMS DataBase System such as MySQL.
The results from this research study allow the users to have the update data as the tool for making consideration on the punishment for the non-ajara (non-appropriated) priests and novices and this research study can be used for the consideration to accept any person who will enter the priesthood appropriately as well as the Member of the Buddhist Committee which is the Highest Administrator of the Priests can have the information on the correct administration and that will create the completed discipline for the whole priests and the Buddhism establishment in the future.
