บทคัดย่อ
คลินิกโรคตับ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช อยู่ภายใต้การบริหารงานของภาควิชาอายุรศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เปิดดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2525 นับเป็นคลินิกโรคตับแห่งแรกและแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย มีภาระหน้าที่หลักในการให้บริการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคตับ รวมถึงการพัฒนา ถ่ายทอด และเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการ ปัจจุบันข้อมูลของคลินิกยังคงถูกจัดเก็บไว้ในรูปของเอกสารที่เป็นกระดาษ ทำให้ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บอย่างกระจัดกระจาย มีโอกาสผิดพลาด/สูญหายได้ง่าย และยากต่อการนำไปใช้ นับเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการประมวลความรู้เพื่อการศึกษาวิจัยและพัฒนาความรู้ทางวิชาการโรคตับ ทำให้ผลงานวิชาการด้านนี้ยังคงมีน้อย จึงมีแนวคิดที่จะนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาช่วยสนับสนุนงานดังกล่าว
ในโครงงานการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มุ่งเน้นการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อจัดการข้อมูลให้อยู่ในรูปแบบดิจิตอลที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน มีความยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ โดยดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการรักษาโรคตับ (Hepatitis Treatment Information System : HTIS) เป็นระบบงานแบบไคลเอ็นเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Client-Server) ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ User Interface Application Programs และ Database Server ทำหน้าที่รวบรวม จัดเก็บประมวลผลข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์/ปัญหาในการรักษาโรคตับเบื้องต้นได้
ระบบสารสนเทศการรักษาโรคตับที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ จะช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของแพทย์และพยาบาล ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในการรักษาผู้ป่วย รวมถึงการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการศึกษา วิจัยและพัฒนาไปสู่การจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้ (Knowledge base) ด้านการรักษาโรคตับ อันจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อวิชาการแพทย์ของประเทศไทยในอนาคต
Abstract
Hepatitis clinics at Siriraj Hospital, which is founded in 1982 and works under the administration of therapeutic department - Medical Science Faculty, is the first and only one Hepatitis clinic in Thailand. It has a responsibility of curing the Hepatitis patients including developing, conveying and disseminating medical knowledge. Currently, clinic information is still kept in paper document format. This make information scattered, possibly erroneous, easily loosen and difficult to use. It is a large obstacle to compile knowledge for research and evolving knowledge disease about hepatitis. Then, occurrences of medical research still has a small number. From all stated information, concept of implementing an information system to support this information will be taken place.
This independent study emphasizes on applying the IT to arrange the data to be kept in digital format - which is suitable for usage, flexible and ready for user requirement. It will develop the Hepatitis Treatment Information System (HTIS). HTIS is the client-server system that is consisted of three key components - user interface, application programs and database server. These three components will work in harmony for providing these services - compiling, collecting and processing data then use the processed data for generating the report which give the fundamental analysis to the cause and result of the first-level hepatitis therapy.
This developed information system will endorse the disease analysis of the physicians and nurses. It also increases effectiveness in curing the patients and rendering the useful information for medical research. Then it brings these information into knowledge-based system - specially in hepatitis disease therapy - which give the numerous benefits to future medical in Thailand.
