บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันการดำเนินธุรกรรมพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ระหว่างองค์กร หรือ บีทูบี (B2B, Business to Business) มีการขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว องค์กรที่เป็นคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจจำเป็นต้องมีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและเอกสารทางธุรกิจผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลรูปแบบอีดีไอ (EDI, Electronic Data Interchange) ที่ใช้อยู่เดิมเป็นมาตรฐานเปิดที่มีความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล แต่มีข้อจำกัดเนื่องจากเป็นระบบที่ซับซ้อน ใช้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง ค่าใช้จ่ายในการพัฒนาและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลค่อนข้างสูง
ธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว และการทำธุรกรรมด้านการท่องเที่ยวผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต หรืออี-ทัวริซึ่ม (e-tourism) ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจภาคอุตสาหกรรมอีคอมเมิร์ซที่เติบโตรวดเร็วที่สุดภาคหนึ่ง แต่ปัจจุบันอี-ทัวริซึ่ม เป็นการดำเนินธุรกิจเพียงองค์กรเดียว ขาดการร่วมมือกันระหว่างองค์กรธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว หรืออยู่ในรูปแบบที่เป็นพอร์ทัลไซต์ แบบ Centralized Database System ที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลไว้ที่พอร์ทัลต่างๆ ทำให้ยุ่งยากในการจัดการและดูแลรักษาข้อมูล เพิ่มค่าใช้จ่าย นอกจากนี้ความแตกต่างของระบบปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ ระบบฐานข้อมูล ระหว่างองค์กร ทำให้การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทำได้ยาก
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ จึงวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะจัดทำต้นแบบระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทางธุรกรรมแบบออนไลน์ระหว่างองค์กรธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว โดยใช้มาตรฐานเปิดการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ebXML (Electronic Business Extensible Markup Language) และมาตรฐานของ OTA (Open Travel Alliance) เป็นมาตรฐานการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างองค์กรในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวโดยใช้ XML (Extensible Markup Language) และ MS (Messaging Service Protocol) ในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทางธุรกิจกัน ภายใต้พื้นฐานการทำงานข้ามระบบ ความปลอดภัย และความถูกต้อง และนำเสนอรูปแบบของพอร์ทัลไซต์ แบบใหม่ ที่เรียกว่า Distributed Database System
จากผลการพัฒนา ทำให้ได้ต้นแบบระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลทางธุรกรรมแบบออนไลน์ระหว่างองค์กรธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว โดยใช้ ebXML และมาตรฐานของ OTA ที่ช่วยปรับปรุงการให้บริการ ลดต้นทุน ส่งเสริมการขยายตัวและสร้างโอกาสทางการค้าสู่ระดับสากล และเป็นแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวที่ให้บริการ “แบบครบวงจรในที่เดียว” (one-stop shopping) ในอนาคต
Abstract
Present, E-commerce between organizations or B2B (Business to Business) have been extended rapidly. Business partners must to exchange business data or business documents between collaborative organizations via electronic internet. Traditional exchange data called EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) which open standard fully security. However the limited of EDI are the complexity system, operate by the expert specialist and high of the maintain cost.
Tourism via Internet, or e-tourism, is one of fastest growing e-commerce within the travel industry sectors. The Internet has completely changed the travel industry-being online is now a necessity. But present, it partners with non-collaborative organizations. Or else, Its Web site conducts has a B2B portal, called Centralized Database System which to keep data within each the portal site. Consequence is the difficulty to maintain the data on every portal site and increase paid. Not only that, the differential of Operation System or Database System between exchanging organizations that reason of difficultly exchange the data also.
This Independent study aims to create the project that the proof of concept of Collaborative e-Tourism with ebXML and OTA Standards that use the specifications standard for the underlying infrastructure for the exchange of messages in the travel industry. It uses the Extensible Markup Language (XML) for the exchange of these messages transmitted underlying architectural model and details of the on-the-wire data for OTA message standard exchange over an ebXML Messaging Service. And offer the new portal site called Distributed Database System.
The benefits of this project are produced the project of the proof of concept of Collaborative e-Tourism with ebXML and OTA Standards that improve customer service, reduce costs, promote market expansion, encountered and the opportunities available promote market expansion. The demand, as well as the existing technical feasibility, for a one-stop shop in the case of a complex tourism product that would include a consumer-customized itinerary of,say, lodging, travel, car rental and recreational activities, will promote B-to-B relations in the future sector.
