บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก และขนาดกลาง หรือ เอสเอ็มอี (SMEs: Small and Medium Enterprises) มีการขยายตัวเพิ่มมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ ทำให้เกิดการแข่งขันกันสูง ผู้ประกอบการจึงจำเป็นต้องพิจารณาเลือกเครื่องจักรที่มีคุณภาพดี พร้อมเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต และคุณภาพสินค้าให้ดี และสามารถแข่งขันในตลาดโลกได้ การพิจารณาจัดหาสินค้าเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมที่ดีมีคุณภาพซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ถูกนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศมาใช้ในภาคการผลิต มีความสำคัญต่อธุรกิจอย่างยิ่ง แต่ในปัจจุบันข้อมูลสินค้าเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมดังกล่าวได้มาค่อนข้างยาก และบ่อยครั้งเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่เพียงพอในการเปรียบเทียบเลือกซื้อ ซึ่งอาจเป็นปัญหาต่อเนื่องไปยังภาคการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรม
ด้วยเหตุนี้ ต้นแบบเว็ปนำเข้าเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมซึ่งเป็นโครงงานศึกษาด้วยตนเองฉบับนี้จึงได้ถูกจัดทำขึ้นภายใต้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวมรวม และสร้างฐานข้อมูลสินค้าของผู้นำเข้าเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมบนอินเทอร์เน็ทขึ้น เพื่อให้วิศวกรหรือผู้ประกอบการสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดทางเลือกในการเปรียบเทียบสินค้าจากผู้นำเข้าหลายๆ ราย และยังจะเป็นส่วนช่วยทำให้เกิดการแข่งขันในกลุ่มผู้นำเข้ากันอย่างเป็นธรรม
ต้นแบบโครงงานดังกล่าวถูกจัดทำในรูปแบบของการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลผ่านระบบเว็ป นอกจากวิศวกรผู้จัดซื้อสามารถเข้ามาศึกษา และดูรายละเอียดของเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมที่ผู้นำเข้าได้นำเสนอแล้ว ทั้งผู้จัดซื้อ และผู้นำเข้ารายอื่นๆ ยังสามารถใช้กระดานข่าวที่ถูกจัดเตรียมไว้ในการพบปะ สนทนา หรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกันได้ เราเชื่อว่าแนวคิดของโครงงานดังกล่าวนี้สามารถที่จะนำไปใช้เป็นตัวอย่างในการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ในการประกอบธุรกรรมซื้อขายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมชนิดอื่นๆ บนอินเทอร์เน็ทได้ในอนาคต
Abstract
The growing of SMEs (Small and medium Enterprises) business sector today, including with the support from government, leads to high density of competitiveness in industries. Many entrepreneurs have to find high technology and appropriate industrial equipments to enhance their companies’ competitiveness in the world market and to improve quality of their products. Therefore, finding a high quality industrial equipment imported from abroad to be used in their production processes is very important. However, not only seeking information detail of an industrial equipment from an importer is currently difficult, but also sometimes the obtained information is not correct and complete enough for entrepreneurs to decide which equipment is the most suitable for their need. This problem will later lead to their overall industrial production system.
The “Industrial Equipment Importer Web Prototype” (IEIWP) presented in this independent study has been developed under the objective of collecting and creating a database of imported industrial equipments by means of the Internet. This web prototype offers responsible SMEs’ engineers or entrepreneurs to search their required equipments’ technical information faster, to compare equipments between several importers, and provides another means of a fairly competitive situation among the importers.
IEIWP is a web database application. SMEs’ purchasing engineers can exploit this web to study any detail of each industrial equipment proposed by the importer. Moreover, both SMEs’ engineers and importers can also use a provided web-board to meet, to discuss, and to exchange some technical information. We believe that the idea developed in this independent study can further be served as a good example in extending the information technology to other e-commerce industrial products in the Internet.
