บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาระบบ Voice over IP (VoIP) ของเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์สถาบันเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล (RITNET) มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของการนำระบบโทรศัพท์มาใช้ร่วมในเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีอยู่ ให้เกิดประโยชน์เพิ่มขึ้นในการลงทุนด้านวงจรสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงาน และวางแผนการนำระบบ VoIP มาใช้จริงในเครือข่าย เป็นการจัดรูปแบบของการใช้ระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอย่างเป็นระบบ มีการออกแบบระบบของหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (E.164-ID) การสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางของหมายเลขโทรศัพท์กับหมายเลขไอพี (H.323 Gatekeeper) เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของระบบหมายเลข และแก้ปัญหาของการอ้างอิงหมายเลขแบบเดิม ให้สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนโดยไม่กระทบกับระบบการบริหารเครือข่ายที่มีอยู่ และการศึกษาวิธีการที่จะรับประกันคุณภาพการให้บริการ Quality of Service (QoS) ของระบบการสื่อสาร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพดีพอที่จะสื่อสารได้เท่าเทียมกับระบบโทรศัพท์ทั่วไป ผลการดำเนินการในโครงการนี้ทำให้ได้รูปแบบการสร้างระบบ VoIP และทราบเงื่อนไขความเป็นไปได้ รวมทั้งสิ่งที่ต้องมีการเพิ่มเติมอุปกรณ์ที่จะให้บริการได้เช่น เช่น ระบบโทรศัพท์ และทราบถึงความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุนพัฒนาระบบโทรศัพท์ร่วมกับเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์
Abstract
Voice over IP (VoIP) is one of very useful communication technology for today's Internet system. By implemented VoIP on internet system, we can deliver voice over the Internet Protocol.
In this independent study, to study the capability of implement VoIP system for Computer Network at Rajamangala Institute of Technology (RITNET) will be the main objective, the probability of merging the current telephone system with the VoIP system to gain the most benefit for the long-distance communication for every campus the already implement the Internet system, and the over-all plan for the implementation.
The tasks will be included the usage management of the VoIP telephone system, design the telephone number system (E.l64-ID), develop the database center for the mapping of telephone numbers and IPs (H.323 Gatekeeper) to serve the expansible of VoIP telephone numbers and to solve the problem of mapping the new VoIP telephone number with implemented telephone number system, study the method for the Quality of Service to guarantee that the VoIP telephone system will have a good quality compare to the normal telephone system. In conclusions will discuss about the probability of implementing the system, the need of development the current system and devices, the benefit of implement the VoIP telephone system, and the way to implement the system, such that, the users do not know the different of the system from the current telephone system.
