บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันผู้ใช้งานสื่อออนไลน์ โดยเฉพาะแพลตฟอร์มวิดีโอ เช่น YouTube มักเผชิญกับปริมาณข้อมูลจำนวนมากภายในเวลาที่จำกัด ส่งผลให้การเข้าถึงสาระสำคัญของเนื้อหาเป็นไปได้ยาก การสรุปเนื้อหาจากวิดีโอจึงเป็นแนวทางที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเรียนรู้และการทำความเข้าใจข้อมูล งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสรุปเนื้อหาวิดีโอภาษาไทยโดยใช้แบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Model: LLM) เพื่อสร้างสรุปที่มีความกระชับและครอบคลุม พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงความหมายเพิ่มเติมจากเนื้อหา
ระบบที่พัฒนาประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ระบบสรุปข้อความจากข้อมูล transcript และภาพประกอบจากวิดีโอ เพื่อเพิ่มบริบทของเนื้อหา และ (2) ระบบการเชื่อมโยงหลายมิติ (Hyperlink) ร่วมกับระบบภววิทยา (Ontology) โดยทำการวิเคราะห์คำสำคัญ (keywords) จากผลสรุป แล้วสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงความหมายระหว่างแนวคิดต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถสำรวจเนื้อหาในลักษณะเชื่อมโยงความรู้ได้
ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับคือผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงสาระสำคัญของวิดีโอภาษาไทยได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และสามารถสอบถามหรือสำรวจข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมผ่านระบบแชทบอทที่เชื่อมโยงกับโครงสร้างความรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Abstract
With the rapid growth of online video platforms such as YouTube, users are increasingly exposed to large volumes of information within limited time. Accessing the core concepts of long-form video content can therefore be time-consuming and inefficient. This research presents the design and implementation of a Thai video summarization system that integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) with semantic knowledge structuring techniques.
The proposed system consists of two main components. The first component generates summaries from video transcripts and associated visual information, enabling multimodal contextual understanding. The second component constructs a multidimensional knowledge linking mechanism using Hyperlink and Ontology. Important keywords are extracted from the generated summaries and organized into a structured knowledge representation, where semantic relationships between concepts are identified and interconnected.
By transforming summarized content into an interconnected knowledge network, the system allows users not only to access concise summaries efficiently but also to explore related concepts through semantic hyperlinks. Additionally, a chatbot module leverages the constructed knowledge structure to provide context-aware question answering.
The expected outcome is an intelligent video summarization system that enhances knowledge accessibility, supports deeper conceptual exploration, and improves learning efficiency for Thai-language video content.
