บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันระบบให้ข้อมูลบนช่องทางออนไลน์ส่วนมากยังต้องอาศัยมนุษย์ในการตอบคำถาม ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ เช่น ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาและจำนวนการสนทนา แพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้อยู่ทั่วไปอย่าง Rule-based Chatbot แม้จะช่วยได้บ้างแต่ก็ยังมีข้อจำกัดในด้านการทำความเข้าใจคำถามที่ซับซ้อนและไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ โครงงานนี้จึงนำเสนอการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม "Ragcoon" ซึ่งเป็นระบบบนเว็บไซต์ที่ใช้เทคนิค Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) ร่วมกับโมเดลภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Models: LLMs) ในการสร้างแชทบอทอัตโนมัติที่สามารถตอบคำถามได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ พร้อมจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อย เช่น ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์หรืองานกิจกรรมต่างๆ แพลตฟอร์ม Ragcoon ยังมีระบบศูนย์กลางที่รวมแชทจากช่องทางสื่อสารหลากหลาย และระบบแจ้งเตือนผู้ดูแลเมื่อแชทบอทไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลได้ ทำให้การให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าสะดวกและแม่นยำมากขึ้น
Abstract
Currently, most online information service systems still rely heavily on human operators, resulting in various limitations such as response delays, limited availability, and inability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Although existing platforms such as Rule-based chatbots help address some of these issues, they still encounter significant limitations, particularly in understanding complex queries and providing natural conversational responses. This project introduces the development of "Ragcoon," a web-based platform utilizing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) combined with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create automated chatbots capable of naturally responding to complex user inquiries. Ragcoon efficiently manages frequently changing and context-specific information, such as product details or event information. Additionally, the platform features a centralized live-chat system integrating multiple communication channels and an automated notification system to alert administrators whenever the chatbot encounters issues in providing accurate responses. Consequently, Ragcoon significantly improves the convenience and accuracy of customer information services.
