บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) เป็นอีกหนึ่งปัญหาสำคัญของหลายๆประเทศรวมถึงประเทศไทยที่มีผู้ติดเชื้อจำนวนมาก อีกทั้งจำนวนบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และโรงพยาบาลมีไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้ป่วย ผู้ป่วยบางส่วนจึงจำเป็นต้องทำ Home Isolation ทำให้ไม่ได้รับการดูแลที่เหมาะสม โครงงานระบบติดตามผู้ป่วยความเสี่ยงสูงนี้ สามารถช่วยยกระดับการทำ Home Isolation ได้โดยจะแสดงสถานะที่สำคัญของผู้ป่วยผ่านเว็บไซต์และบน mobile application นอกจากนี้แพทย์ยังสามารถติดตามสถานะของผู้ป่วยได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งถ้าผู้ป่วยมีสถานะผิดปกติ โรงพยาบาลก็สามารถส่งความช่วยเหลือไปที่ตำแหน่งปัจจุบันของผู้ป่วยได้ทันที
Abstract
Currently, the epidemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is one of the primordial global problem including Thailand that losses many lives and continued rising of cases of adults and children. It has a huge impact to our frontliner personnel like doctors, nurse and others. Due to insufficient supply of resources, medicines and vaccines, many of our doctors and other frontliner personnel were very much affected whom some of them became infected. Therefore, some patients have to do Home Isolation because facilities were running out to accommodate the needs for proper medical care and psychological care of high-risk patients. This High Risk Patient Tracking System project can help improving Home Isolation by showing the patient's current conditions via the website and on the mobile application. Doctors can also monitor the patient's status at all times through dashboards. Moreover, if the patient has severe condition, the hospital would be able to send medical assistance to the patient's current location immediately.
