บทคัดย่อ
พันทิปเป็นอินเทอร์เน็ตฟอรัมที่ผู้ใช้สามารถอธิบายและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นได้ และพันทิปเป็นที่ที่สามารถใช้ในการติดตามข่าวสารต่างๆในช่วงเวลานั้นๆและเทคนิคต่างๆได้ เนื่องจากจำนวนกระทู้ที่มีจำนวนมากมายในพันทิป ทำให้ผู้ใช้ตัดสินใจที่จะเข้ามาอ่านกระทู้ผ่านทางลิงค์ของกระทู้ที่มีการแชร์หรือเมื่อเขามีคำถามที่ต้องการได้คำตอบ แต่จะดีกว่าสำหรับทางพันทิปถ้าผู้ใช้ใช้งานพันทิปบ่อยเหมือนกับการใช้เว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ในโครงงานชิ้นนี้ได้เสนอพันทิปนิวส์ฟีด ที่จะแนะนำกระทู้ที่เฉพาะกับผู้ใช้แต่ละคน โดยจะหาค่า 3 ค่า ได้แก่ ความน่าจะเป็นที่ผู้ใช้จะสนใจกระทู้นั้นๆ ความนิยมของกระทู้ ความใหม่ของกระทู้ โดยจะขึ้นอยู่กับเวลา หลังจากนั้นจะนำค่าทั้ง 3 ค่ามารวมกันด้วยสมการ และเรียงลำดับคะแนนเพื่อจัดลำดับกระทู้ที่จะแนะนำให้กับผู้ใช้ในแต่ละช่วงเวลา จากผลที่ได้แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบพันทิปนิวส์ฟีดแนะนำกระทู้ได้ตรงกับความสนใจของผู้ใช้มากกว่าระบบที่อยู่ในพันทิป
Abstract
Pantip is an internet forum where users discuss and exchange their own idea. Moreover, Pantip is a place for catching up recent news and tips. Due to an enormous number of threads on the Pantip website, it makes users decide to access the website via external sharing links or when they have a question. But it might be better for website owner if the users use Pantip more frequent like using the other social media platform. In this paper, we proposed a Pantip News Feed Personalization which helps users to recommend the recent and important post based on their individual interests. We first finding 3 types of scores to measure probability that the user will interest the thread, the important of thread, and the thread freshness which they are all based on the time-biased equation. Then, we combine them with the weighted equation and finally sort the score to rank threads for each user at each time period. From the experiment, the result show that users satisfied the Pantip Personalized Feed more than the current traditional feed on Pantip website.
