บทคัดย่อ
เนื่องจากในปัจจุบัน จำนวนบุคคลากรทางการแพทย์ในประเทศไทยที่สามารถเข้ามาดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้ามีไม่เพียงพอเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าทั้งหมด และยังมีปัญหาความไม่สะดวกในเรื่องของการเดินทางและเวลาในการนัดพบ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อการเข้ารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า และ การติดตามอาการของพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ซอฟต์แวร์ในปัจจุบันยังไม่ตอบโจทย์หรือช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกมากพอที่การช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระเหล่านี้ได้
จากปัญหาข้างต้นจึงได้จัดทำโครงงานวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ “มายไมนด์ ระบบสนับสนุนการประเมินสุขภาพจิตและปฐมพยาบาลทางจิตใจ” ที่ทำการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับรวบรวมกระบวนการขั้นตอนในการปฐมพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าที่ไม่จำเป็นจะต้องไปพบกับพยาบาลโดยตรง และแสดงข้อมูลประเมินผลอาการของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าไว้ในที่เดียว เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าสามารถได้รับการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นโดยที่ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องการเดินทางและเวลา และทำให้พยาบาลสามารถติดตามอาการเบื้องต้นของผู้ป่วยได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งแพลตฟอร์มดังกล่าวถูกพัฒนาขึ้นผ่านเครื่องมือสำคัญอย่าง React, React Native, Node.js, Firebase ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถสร้างแพลตฟอร์มให้อยู่ในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น และ โมบายล์แอพพลิเคชั่นบนระบบปฏิบัติการ Android
Abstract
Currently, the number of medical personnel in Thailand that can provide treatment for depression (major depressive disorder) is insufficient compared to the total number of depression patients. And still having inconvenience in traveling and meeting times Which affects the access to treatment of depression patients and the patient's symptom tracking, Besides, the current software still not serve the needs or convenience that helps to ease nurse load.
Based on the above problems, the computer engineering project " MyMind, Mental health assessment and mental first aid supporting system" has developed a platform for collecting first aid procedures for depression patients who don't need to go to meet the nurse directly And show evaluation data for symptoms of depression patients all in one platform to help the depression patients can access to the treatment without worrying about travel and time problem. And allow the nurse to track the depression patients' symptoms at all times. This platform has been developed through key tools such as React, React Native, Node.js, Firebase, which allow to create a platform in the form of web application and mobile application on Android operating systems
