บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันสถานศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่หลากหลายดังนั้นการรวบรวมข้อมูลมาใช้งานจึงทำได้ยากนอกจากการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่มีความแตกต่างกันแล้วยังไม่มีรูปแบบที่เป็นมาตรฐานสำหรับนำข้อมูลมาออกเป็นรายงานที่ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอีกด้วยดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตุประสงค์ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะสำหรับธุรกิจการศึกษาเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในส่วนของขั้นตอนการออกแบบได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามาออกแบบแบบจำลองข้อมูลและรายงานต้นแบบสำหรับธุรกิจการศึกษาในส่วนของการพัฒนาระบบใช้ชุดเครื่องมือโอเพนซอร์ส Pentaho เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับกระบวนการนำเข้าข้อมูลไปยังคลังข้อมูล (ETL) และเครื่องมือสำหรับออกรายงานเฉพาะกิจ (Ad-hoc Report) สำหรับรายงานที่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องการพัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP การประเมินผลความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานได้ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
Abstract
Nowadays, in most of the educational institutions, data are scatteringly stored in diverse types of formats. Thus, it is difficult to collect and gather those data in order to utilize 1352620193 them. Further, there is still no standard format for the requirements and reports. Therefore, the objective of this research work is to design and develop a set of open-source business intelligence tools for supporting the educational institution administrators. In the design phase, the requirements are collected from real educational institutions administrators, an BI Education data model template and a set of BI-Education report templates are designed from the collected requirements. In the implementation phase, a set of Pentaho open-source business intelligence tools is developed, including the data warehouse, the Extract Transform and Load (ETL), and the ad-hoc reporting tools, develop web application using PHP for report of educational institutions administrators requirements. In terms of user complacency, we obtained a good level of satisfaction from the educational institution administrators.
