บทคัดย่อ
การดำเนินงานในโครงการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของระบบสินค้าคงคลังให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนและวิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ พร้อมทั้งเสริมประสบการณ์การพัฒนาระบบสินค้าคงคลัง การดำเนินงาน โครงการได้จัดทำระบบออกเป็นระบบย่อย คือ Order Entry System Purchase Order System และ Purchase Order System เป็นระบบที่ทำการรับการส่งสินค้าจากลูกค้าและทำการสั่งสินค้าไปยังคู่ค้าและในส่วนของ Inventory Control system ที่ทำการควบคุมสินค้าในคลังสินค้า ทั้งการเบิกจ่ายและการนำเข้าสินค้าต่างๆ โดยที่ทั้งระบบจะใช้การพัฒนาระบบตามแบบเชิงวัตถุโดยใช้ภาษาวาจา และใช้การเก็บข้อมูลลงฐานข้อมูลแบบ Relational Database ทำให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับระบบงานสินค้าคงคลังเดิมได้ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของระบบสินค้าคงคลัง
โครงการนี้เป็นเพียงส่วนแรกในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสมบูรณ์ที่ใช้ในกิจการค้าส่งขององค์กร
Abstract
The objectives of this project are to develop an information system supporting the inventory control operation in accordance with procedures and methodologies of the Information Management System, and to gain experience in the development of inventory control system. The project consists of three subsystems: Order Entry Subsystem, Purchase Order Subsystem, and Inventory Control Subsystem. Order Entry Subsystem and Purchase Order Subsystem are systems working on receiving orders from the customers and sending purchase orders to the suppliers, respectively. Inventory Control Subsystem keeps track of the incoming and outgoing of the products to and from the inventory. The system is developed based on Object-Oriented Design using JAVA programming Language. Information is stored in the relational database, making it readily adaptable to the existing framework and thus increasing the performance of the operation.
This project is the first phase of the development and implementation of the complete wholesale supporting environment for the organization.
