บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวัน ผู้คนใช้สังคมออนไลน์ในการสื่อสาร แสดงความคิดเห็น เผยแพร่ข่าวสาร และให้ความกระจ่างแก่ผู้อื่น พวกเขายังค้นหาหัวข้อออนไลน์ที่พวกเขาสนใจ การทำความเข้าใจวิธีที่ผู้ใช้ทำกิจกรรมออนไลน์ในสังคมออนไลน์ สร้างโอกาสในการออกแบบส่วนติดต่อที่ดียิ่งขึ้น การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และการออกแบบระบบแนะนำเนื้อหาที่ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้การศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้จะช่วยอธิบายพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้ และเข้าใจถึงความต้องการ และความสนใจของผู้ใช้ได้
ในงานวิจัยนี้เราจะสำรวจข้อมูลการคลิกสตรีมจากฟอรัมสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีชื่อเสียงของไทย ฟอรัมไทยได้รับการจำแนกเป็นประเภทเนื้อหา เช่น การเมือง เศรษฐกิจ ท่องเที่ยว วิทยาศาสตร์ อาหารสุขภาพ ชีวิตวัยรุ่น ศิลปะบันเทิง ฯลฯ เรารวบรวมผู้ใช้ 24 วัน สำหรับเซสชั่นผู้ใช้แต่ละราย มีการบันทึกจำนวน และลำดับการคลิกที่ผู้ใช้ใช้ในแต่ละประเภทการใช้งาน จากนั้นเราจะโมเดล First-Order Markov Chain ของกิจกรรมของผู้ใช้ ที่แต่ละโหนดแสดงถึงประเภทเนื้อหา และแต่ละเส้นเชื่อมแสดงถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการเปลี่ยนลำดับการเข้าชมไปยังหมวดหมู่เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้
ผลสรุปจากโมเดล First-Order Markov Chain ของกิจกรรมของผู้ใช้ที่เปิดเผยว่าผู้ใช้อ่านเอกสารอยู่ในหมวดเดียวกัน อย่างไรก็ตามยังพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์มากในหัวข้อชีวิตวัยรุ่น อาหาร และสุขภาพ นี่แสดงให้เห็นว่าผู้ใช้วัยรุ่นในฟอรัมสื่อสังคมออนไลน์นี้นอกเหนือจากการพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตของพวกเขาแล้ว พวกเขายังสนใจที่จะอ่านเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับอาหาร และสุขภาพ
Abstract
Nowadays, social media networks have become a part of everyday life. People use them to communicate, comment, disseminate news and elucidate thoughts to the others. They also search for online topics in which they are interested. Understanding how users behave during their online activities in a social media site creates opportunities for better interface design, richer studies of social interactions, and improved design of content distribution systems. Moreover, user behavior characterizing helps to explain the behavior of users and understand their needs and interests.
In this research, we explore the clickstream data from a well-known Thai social media forum. The underlying Thai forum has been classified as content categories, such as politics, economics, travel, science, food, health, teenager life style, art, entertainment, etc. We extract 24 days of user sessions; for each user session, both the number and the order of clicks in which a user spends on content categories have been recorded. We then construct the first order Markov chain in which each node represents a content category, and each edge represents the transition probability describing the visiting sequences to the content categories of the users.
Results concluded from the first-order Markov chain reveal that users kept on reading documents within the same category. However, we also found that there were a condense transition among teenager life style, food and health. This indicates that teenager users in this social media forum in addition to discuss about their life style, they are also interested in reading content about food and health.
