บทคัดย่อ
การซื้อของออนไลน์เข้ามามีบทบาทมากขึ้นในปัจจุบันเนื่องจากความสะดวกสบาย ความง่ายในการเลือกซื้อสินค้า ผู้เปิดร้านค้าออนไลน์สามารถเปิดร้านค้าให้ลูกค้าได้เข้ามาชมสินค้าได้ตลอดเวลา แต่สำหรับการตอบคำถามลูกค้า ผู้ขายไม่สามารถตอบคำถามได้ตลอดเวลา ประกอบกับการเข้าถึงร้านค้าออนไลน์ในปัจจุบันทำได้โดยง่ายทั้งผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์และมือถือ ทำให้มีผู้สนใจสินค้ามีจำนวนมากขึ้น เมื่อมีผู้สนใจสินค้ามากขึ้น ผู้ซื้อจำนวนมากย่อมต้องการทราบข้อมูลสินค้า ร้านค้า และบริการอื่น ๆ จากผู้ขาย จึงต้องมีระบบตอบคำถามอัตโนมัติเพื่อบริการให้คำตอบลูกค้าในสิ่งที่ลูกค้าสงสัย
โครงงานปัญญาประดิษฐ์ผู้ช่วยตอบคำถามลูกค้าสำหรับร้านค้าออนไลน์ เป็นการพัฒนาระบบเพื่อตอบคำถามอัตโนมัติเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดสินค้าและร้านค้า โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากร้านค้าออนไลน์แห่งหนึ่ง เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายแก่ผู้เปิดร้านค้าออนไลน์ ช่วยลดเวลาในการดูแลตอบคำถามลูกค้า ทำให้ร้านค้าดูทันสมัย ซึ่งในโครงงานนี้จะสามารถตอบคำถามได้สองประเภท คือ คำถามที่สามารถตอบได้โดยการอาศัย keyword และ คำถามที่ต้อง query ข้อมูลมาจากฐานข้อมูล โดยคำถามประเภทที่ต้องอาศัย keyword ใช้ในการตอบคำถามทั่วไป สามารถเตรียมคำถามรองรับคำถามได้ทั้งหมด ส่วนคำถามประเภทที่ต้อง query มาจากฐานข้อมูลใช้ในการตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดของสินค้าและร้านค้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแสดงส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้และส่วนจัดการระบบผ่านหน้าเว็บ ซึ่งพัฒนาด้วยภาษา HTML CSS JavaScript Python
Abstract
Nowadays, people prefer online shopping because of convenient. There are many online shop. Sellers can show and sell their products all the time. But sellers cannot answer the customers’ questions all day and all night. Customers can shopping wherever they are because they can use computer or just smartphone to shopping online. When there are many customers, sellers can’t answer all the questions.
In order to mitigate this problem, the AI Online-Shop Assistant is developed in this project. The AI Online-Shop Assistant will answers all the questions from customers in an blinks of eyes. The program is in the form of responsive web, with a server as a back-end containing a database and a program for answering the question. The system can answer 2 type of questions. First type is question that can answer from looking at keywords. Second type is question that must query data from database in order to answer. The shop and products’ description were collected from online shopping website name lnwshop. The process is divided into 5 parts, which are 1) Searching and collecting data from internet using Web Crawler 2) Extracting information, shop and items’ description, from the collected data, and then store the extracted data in the database 4) Communication between web and the server for answering question 5) User Interface.
