บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาระบบการสอบคณิตศาสตร์อัตโนมัติบนเว็บ (WEB) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในภาควิชาคณิตศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน ซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ทั้งหมด ในการพัฒนานี้จะนำเอาวิชา Calculus I (รหัส 417111) มาเป็นข้อสอบ เนื่องจากวิชานี้เป็นพื้นฐาน (prerequisite) ของวิชาคณิตศาสตร์อื่นๆ ที่จะตามมา นิสิตสายวิทยาศาสตร์ทุกคนจะต้องเรียนวิชานี้ ดังนั้นในแต่ละภาคการศึกษาจะมีนิสิตลงทะเบียนเรียนไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 คนขึ้นไป ปัญหาการสอบตกในวิชานี้มีประมาณ 10-20% ในแต่ละภาคการศึกษา การพัฒนาระบบนี้ จึงเป็นการช่วยในเรื่องการจัดสอบและการจัดการเรียนการสอน
ระบบการสอบฯที่จะนำเสนอนี้คาดว่าจะช่วยสนับสนุนการเรียนของนิสิต ให้ได้เข้าไปทดสอบ ประเมินผลการเรียนด้วยตนเอง ก่อนเข้าสอบไล่จริง และยังอาจถือว่าเป็นการฝึกทำแบบฝึกหัดอีกด้วย และถ้าหากมีปัญหาโจทย์ข้อใด ก็จะได้ศึกษา ปรึกษาซักถามกับอาจารย์หรือ ผู้ช่วยสอน หาผลเฉลยนี้ถูกต้องก่อน นอกไปจากนี้ ระบบการสอบนี้ น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์โดยตรงกับอาจารย์ผู้สอน ใช้ในการสอบหรือทดสอบย่อย เก็บคะแนนสะสมไว้ เพื่อรวมกับคะแนนสอบไล่ปลายภาค ให้เกรดเมื่อสิ้นภาคการศึกษา เป็นการส่งเสริมให้มีการเรียนสม่ำเสมอต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา ซึ่งก็คาดว่าระบบการสอบฯนี้ จะช่วยให้ผลการสอบไล่ตกลดน้อยลงไป หลังจากระบบการสอบคณิตศาสตร์นี้ได้นำมาทดลองและนำมาใช้กัน
Abstract
The development of the automatic mathematical examination system on WEB. The objective is to be implemented in the Department of Mathematics, Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus. Which has its responsibility in teaching and lecturing all courses of Mathematics. For this development will be used the topic in Calculus I (417111). to be questioned in the examination. Because this course is the prerequisite for all courses that follows. All students must enroll in this course . In each semester there are more than I ,000 students taking this course and in the final results about I 0-20% of them fail. So the development of this system will be help in managing the mathematics courses both learning and examination.
It is expected that the proposed system will support the student style of learning mathematics. They can enter the system to evaluate their learning and find out how to improve themselves. If they still have some problems unsolved, they should study harder and may consult the adviser or their teaching assistance (TA). In addition this system may be useful directly to the instructors themselves. It can be used in testing or quizzing the student as many times as needed and keeping their scores. In the final examination the quiz scores will be added to obtain the final score so that the instructor can announce the grade report. The system help or support the student in steady learning. It is hope that the number of failure students would be reduced after this system had been implemented and run.
