บทคัดย่อ

เกมส์เสมือนจริงจากเครื่องเล่นที่กำลังจะมาอย่าง HTC VIVE สามารถทำให้ผู้เล่นได้รับประสบการณ์ในการเล่นเกมส์ 3D เต็มรูปแบบ แต่ในขณะที่ผู้เล่นใช้ศรีษะใช้แขนและขาในการเคลื่อนไหวพื้นที่ในการเล่นนั้นยังมีจำกัด

ระบบตำแหน่งในอาคาร(IPS) คือระบบที่สามารถระบุและตรวจจับตำแหน่งของบุคคลในอาคาร เพื่อทำให้พื้นที่ในการเล่นเกมส์เสมือนจริงนั้นกว้างขึ้น มันจึงทำให้ผู้เล่นได้รับประสบการณ์มากกว่า HTC VIVE แอปพลิเคชันสามารถใช้งานได้ในพื้นที่กว้างและสามารถรองรับ VR

มือถือส่วนใหญ่มาพร้อมกับกล้องในตัวและทุกคนก็มีมือถืออยู่แล้ว โปรเจคนี้คือการสร้างระบบตำแหน่งในอาคารสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือ ถ้าโ)รเจคนี้ไปได้ด้วยดีจะทำให้ผู้เล่นได้รับประสบการณ์การเล่นที่มากขึ้น

Abstract

Virtual reality (VR) from HTC VIVE is a new and upcoming media platform that allows people to be fully immersive in any 3D experiences they choose. While in it, the player navigates around the reality using real movement from their head and limbs to project their movements inside. But movement tracker has limited action area.

An indoor positioning system (IPS) is a system that can locate and tracking its position inside a building using various sensors. Its capacity can allow people to be more fully immersive than HTC VIVE when it integrated in an application. The application can use in wide area and it can also support VR.

Most of mobile device come with build-in camera and it much more easier to search for mobile devices than other VR devices. Indoor positioning system is a system that locate device in closed area. This project, Indoor Positioning Application for Devices with Built-In Camera, suppose to extend playable area of VR and let player make more interaction with real world.
