บทคัดย่อ
โครงการฉบับนี้ได้ นำเสนอการออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์บนอินทราเน็ต (Fixed Assets on the Intranet) โดยการนำกระบวนการออกแบบข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ (Relational Modal) มาช่วยสร้างฐานข้อมูล และนำมาแสดงข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์เพื่อลดกระบวนการติดตั้งโปรแกรมให้กับผู้ใช้ โดยการพัฒนาระบบได้นำมาใช้กับระบบครุภัณฑ์ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ โดยภายในฐานข้อมูลออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเป็นส่วนกลางทำให้ข้อมูลเป็นฐานข้อมูลชุดเดียวกัน สามารถแก้ปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลซ้ำซ้อน (Data Redundancy) ปัญหาความคงสภาพของข้อมูล (Data Inconsistency) ในการติดต่อฐานข้อมูลของผู้ใช้กระทำผ่านระบบ DBMS (Database Management System) ทำให้ผู้ใช้สะดวกในการค้นหาข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ ตรวจสอบง่าย และทราบถึงผู้ที่รับผิดชอบ และยังทำให้ผู้บริหารสามารถวางแผนการจัดซื้อได้อีกด้วย การเข้าเพื่อค้นหาจะถูกกำหนดสิทธิ์ให้ผู้ใช้แต่ละท่านมีสิทธิ์ที่ต่างกัน วิธีการเข้าใช้ผู้ใช้ต้องป้อนรหัสผ่าน เพื่อให้ระบบมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยโดยใช้วิธีการเข้ารหัส (Encryption)
จากการทำระบบงานก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ได้ระบบช่วยงานบริการให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุคณะและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลดเวลา ค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำงาน ส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย และสามารถเป็นต้นแบบให้กับหน่วยงานอื่นภายในสถาบันนำไปใช้ในอนาคต
Abstract
This project aims to present the way to design the Fixed Assets on the Intranet by using relational model as a concept. The project is to be used via the Internet in order to eliminate time to be spending for program installation individually. The author has developed the project to be used in the faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology North Bangkok. All data have been gathered centrally and stored at the same database in order to prevent the problem of the two main themes. Data Redundancy and Data Inconsistency. Users are able to retrieve and store data via DBMS (Database Management System). The advantages of the project are that user needs not to install the database program to individual PC but is able to use via the Intranet, and yet can be able to search, inspect and trace for who is responsible for any asset. Once users know assets’ status, they can then make plan to buy any asset ahead as well. All users have different levels of accessibility to the database and need to type a password, by using Encryption technique, prior to access in order to keep the data in secure.
As for the system that has been successfully developed, it not only comes up with efficient and effective jobs but also provide the asset staff with reliable system. The system will reduce cost, time to spend as used to be in the old fashion The system leads the other sections, in the KMITNB, eager to learn new technologies as well. It might be a prototype that to be used in other sections.
